The snow really is bringing out the child in me, yesterday we headed out for a walk in the snow and it was the first time Sienna actually liked it. We made her a make shift sledge from a tote box and some string filled it with blankets, she had the time of her life being dragged around. It's the little things in life!
After our little walk with the family myself and some of the girls headed up to have a look at Denise's house, she just bought a house and is basically pulling it down and rebuilding it, it's so fabulous!
I'm extremely jealous but so happy for her and Jim, their kitchen is goals, I'll share some pictures once it's done.
After having a nose around her house we headed out to play in the snow, I honestly can't remember the last time I laughed so much. If you've watched my Insta stories you will see the boomerang evidence.
The last couple of months have thought me so much, the importance of quality family time and spending time with your friends. These people are what matter most in life and they bring out the best in us.
I'm gonna steal Dominique's caption here; "Maybe our girlfriends are our soul mates and guys are just people we have fun with", she stole that one from Carrie Bradshaw haha!
When you get a little older and work, family and life gets a little bit more hectic, you might not see your friends as often as you like but if you have a close knit friendship, each time you see each other you just pick up right where you left off.
These girls have been my friends my entire life, they know me inside and out. We laugh about the silliest things but we are always there for one and other.
This post has gotten a lot deeper than I intended :) The point I want to make is to take time out, spend time with the people you love and just laugh!!! Laugh until you pee in my case haha TMI, I know but we just have fun! That's what life is about.
I always say this but life is short, you only get one shot at it so make the bloody most of it.
